Loan management software for SME and consumer finance companies in the UAE and Saudi Arabia
Finance companies in the UAE and Saudi Arabia lend to salaried consumers and small businesses, often through dealers and sales agents, under regulators that expect clear approval trails and data kept close to home. Byaj Batta gives you configurable origination with maker-checker approvals, a dealer and agent channel, servicing and collections, and a general ledger behind every transaction — hosted in-region on request.
Who we work with in United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia
Consumer finance companies
Finance companies licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE or SAMA offering personal, salary and instalment loans.
SME lenders
Lenders financing small businesses, working capital and equipment, with credit assessment and approval chains per product.
Vehicle and asset finance
Lenders working through car dealers, with quotations, asset details and repayment schedules on the same file.
How it fits the way you lend
Origination with maker-checker approvals
Application, document checks, credit assessment and staged approvals, configured per product, with every decision recorded against the person who made it.
Dealer and agent channels
Dealers and direct sales agents are set up as channel partners; applications are tagged to the partner who sourced them and their portfolio is reported separately.
Vehicle and asset loans
Vehicle details, dealer quotation and invoice captured on the application, with the asset carried on the loan for the life of the finance.
Servicing and collections
Repayment schedules, foreclosure statements, days-past-due ageing and an overdue list per collector.
Data in-region
Your instance can be hosted in-region on request, where your regulator or board requires data to stay close — agreed during scoping.
Connected during onboarding
None of these is live out of the box outside India. We work with you to connect your local payment, KYC and credit bureau providers, and scope each one before you sign.
- →Direct debit and payment-gateway collections through your bank or payment provider
- →Identity verification against Emirates ID or national ID / Iqama through the provider you choose
- →Your credit bureau — for example AECB in the UAE or SIMAH in Saudi Arabia
- →VAT on fees and charges (5% in the UAE, 15% in Saudi Arabia) — tax handling today is built for India and is configured for VAT during onboarding
- →SMS notifications through a local gateway
Your currency, your pricing
UAE dirham (AED) and Saudi riyal (SAR) are added when your organisation is set up; amounts, schedules and statements then show in your currency.
Pricing is per active loan, quoted in AED or SAR. Onboarding, migration and provider connections are scoped and quoted before you commit.
Hosted in the cloud and run by us; data hosted in-region on request.
Frequently asked
Does it support Islamic finance such as murabaha or ijarah?
There is no dedicated Islamic-finance module today. If your products are murabaha, ijarah or tawarruq structured, tell us in the demo — we would rather tell you honestly what fits than have you find out later.
Can our data be hosted in the UAE or Saudi Arabia?
Yes, on request. By default we host in the cloud ourselves; where your regulator or board requires data to stay in-region, we can host your instance there. We agree it during scoping.
Is it connected to AECB or SIMAH?
Not today. We work with you to connect your credit bureau during onboarding; until then credit reports are pulled outside the system and attached to the application.
Is the software available in Arabic?
Staff screens are in English today. If your staff or borrowers need Arabic screens, raise it in the demo and we will be clear about what is possible.
Does it handle VAT on fees?
The tax engine is built for India's GST today. Applying UAE or Saudi VAT to your fees and charges is configured during onboarding and included in the scope.
